Business has a God-given power and potential for good in the world. Yet too often Christian business people have not been affirmed in their call to business.
We want business men and women to understand God’s redemptive work through business in the world. We want to help change the message that Christian business people are hearing and mobilise them for action.
What if the untapped business resources in the church globally were released for missional impact? What if more Christian business people were world-leaders at tackling global evils through business? The business as mission website is about connecting and resourcing businesses and business people to that end.
The first Business as Mission website was launched in 2002 by the BAM Resource Team. The current website, launched in late 2014, is the fourth version of the site. The BAM Resource Team remains a founding partner, responsible for producing the website, now in collaboration with BAM Global and many other individuals, organisations and companies. Our Editorial Board is made up of business people, mission leaders, academics and BAM practitioners from around the world who together with our Production Team help guide the website into the future.
We collaborate with individuals, businesses, churches, organisations and networks around the world.
We provide online and offline venues, hubs and events to support peer-peer connections across the BAM community.
We host a comprehensive collection of resources and tools on business as mission. We link out to even more BAM resources
